Refund policy

At Ed Hats, we appreciate your support and strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we have a strict "No refund" policy and items are designated as Final sale. Please carefully review the following terms listed below. 

All Sales are Final -  Once an order is placed and processed is considered final. Products are not eligible for return, refund or exchange under any circumstances, unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

Damaged or Defective Items - At Ed Hats, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into packaging each order. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during production or transit. While all Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, we will make an exception if your item arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for a replacement or refund please contact us through our contact page within 15 days of receiving the order by providing photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Our customer support team will assess the situation and provide the appropriate assistance.
