Shipping charges will be calculated based on your order's weight and destination and chosen shipping method. 

Shipping Methods - During the checkout process, you may select from available shipping methods to choose the option that best suits your delivery preferences, including timeframe, cost, and location. 

Tracking Information - We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can utilize the tracking number to monitor the progress of your order and plan for its arrival. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. Furthermore, once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, any delivery issues including lost, stolen or delayed packages must be handled directly with the carrier.

Ed Hats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. We recommend reaching out to the carrier as quickly as possible in such cases.
